We recognize that providing a holistic Seventh-day Adventist education—nurturing the mind, body, and spirit—requires a strong partnership between the school and the home. Our office is here to support you in managing the financial aspects of your child’s journey at Kikajjo SDA High School.
To help us maintain our commitment to academic excellence and provide high-quality facilities for both our day and boarding scholars, please take note of the following:
Prompt Tuition Clearance: We encourage all parents to settle school fees at the start of the term to ensure students have uninterrupted access to our O & A Level academic programs.
Transparent Billing: Detailed fees structures for Senior One through Senior Five are available at the Bursar’s office. We ensure every shilling is accounted for in the service of your child's growth.
Flexible Payment Plans: We understand the economic landscape; if you require a structured payment plan, please visit our office early to discuss a commitment that works for both your family and the school.
Bank Payments Only: For security and accurate record-keeping, all fees should be deposited via our designated bank accounts or approved mobile platforms. Please remember to present your bank slip for an official school receipt.

At Kikajjo SDA High School, we believe that academic excellence is impossible without a foundation of character. As we open our doors for the 2026 Academic Session, we are setting high expectations for all scholars from Senior One to Senior Five.
To ensure a transformative journey for every student, we will be prioritizing the following:
Academic Rigor: We are intensifying our supervision of the O & A Level curriculum. Our goal is not just for students to pass exams, but to master the subjects and develop critical thinking skills.
Holistic Discipline: In line with our Adventist values, we view discipline as a tool for mentorship, not just punishment. We expect our students to carry themselves with integrity, whether in the classroom, the dormitories, or the community.
Time Management: "A New Beginning" means a new commitment to the clock. Punctuality is a hallmark of success, and we expect all day scholars and residents to be present and prepared for every scheduled activity.
Co-curricular Growth: A healthy body supports a healthy mind. We encourage all students to engage in our various clubs, sports, and spiritual societies to ensure they leave Kikajjo as well-rounded individuals.
To our parents, I encourage you to stay in close contact with our class teachers. Your involvement is the bridge that helps our students cross over from potential to achievement.
Let us embrace this session with a spirit of cooperation and a shared dedication to excellence. My door is always open to discuss your child's progress and well-being.
"Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." — Proverbs 22:6
